Frederické B. Stewart
Frederické is a dedicated leader and advocate committed to excellence, integrity, and meaningful impact. She brings over 30 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, with expertise spanning research and development, operations, quality, and information technology (IT).
She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from Frostburg State University. She is also an active member of several service organizations, reflecting her longstanding commitment to scholarship and service.
Beyond her professional achievements, Frederické is passionate about giving back and creating opportunities that empower individuals, strengthen families, and foster lasting change. Her nonprofit leadership experience includes serving as Education Chair and Secretary of a local nonprofit organization and as President of Never Too Late, where she provides strategic governance and executive leadership to advance the organization’s mission and expand opportunities that positively impact individuals and communities.

Louis O. Biggers, Jr.
Louis graduated from Virginia Tech in 1994 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a minor in Computer Science. He earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of California, Davis in 2008, with an emphasis on Marketing, Strategy, Finance, and Entrepreneurship.
He is a credentialed project management professional and retired technologist from Intel Corporation with over 30 years of experience in the technology industry where he has held positions in engineering, planning, marketing, and strategy. As a Life and Business Coach, he has written business plans for and served as a board advisor for several businesses and non-profits focusing on enhancing lives.
Louis currently holds the board position of Secretary for Never Too Late.

TreasurerCarrollynn B. Brown
Carrollynn has over 30 years in the technology industry and is a credentialed cyber security professional. She has experience spanning information technology (IT), strategy, program management, planning and operations. In addition to being recognized as a 2008 All-Star in Technology, throughout her career, she has been recognized for her integrity, quality, execution and teamwork.
She is an active leader in various service organizations, where she shares her talents to include business plan development, strategic analysis and planning, continuous improvements, and technology.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Saint Paul’s College, a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University, is certified as a systems analyst and maintains several professional certifications in cyber-security, auditing and privacy.
Carrollynn currently holds the board position of Treasurer for Never Too Late and is committed to the organization's vision of positively impacting individuals and communities through service.
